I just got my new surfboard and, wouldn't you know it, it's supposed to rain all week! Still, I'm pretty excited. My old clunker died this past summer and I was boardless for almost 6 months.
The kindness and generosity of some friends resulted in the picture you see: an 8'2" hybrid "fun board" designed especially for yours truly by Bruce Jones himself.
The water's pretty cold right now, but if it clears up, I'm heading out.
