Exit Strategy

Driving home from the parents last night after a tasty dinner and time with extended family, the conversation in our car turned to Mommy and her pregnancy.

Both kids are old enough that they are getting increasingly curious about the "mechanics" of this whole pregnancy and birth thing. Judging from the discussion last night Jen has already enlightened them regarding natural birth and cesarean section.

But the most entertaining moment came when our 5-year old, Riley, asked with all sincerity, "Mommy, when the baby comes will he use a little boat or just swim out?"

And we're still laughing at that one.
