I'm eating way too many eggs. I've had two eggs scrambled up with assorted vegetables for breakfast each day. They're yummy but I'm guessing my arteries are not going to be pleased.
Mentioned this to Yoda and she said whole oatmeal is my answer. I can get the kind that takes 30 minutes to cook or the kind that takes 5. Not a tough decision there.
I've got a trip to Trader Joe's I've got to make: whole oatmeal, those crazy good flax seed tortilla chips, and honey. Yoda says that honey is money. I've been handling my green tea without sweetener, but I think stirring in a little bee juice will please me.
Feeling good overall. I've gotten a bit lightheaded at times (maybe I'm in a cantaloupe coma--I ate like a whole cantaloupe, it was delicious!) but nothing serious. More energy.

Staff lunch was tough as Curtis and Werner brought in Subway sandwiches. I loves me a foot-long sweet onion teriyaki. I pretended to really like my chicken and veggies.

I have never gotten so much enjoyment out of eating a plain piece of bread. I took a single piece of wheat and ate it slowly and savored it's carb goodness. I didn't even miss the cheese, meat, or condiments. Not much anyway.

Tomatoes are no good. Acidic. The wife bought a crate-full and now we have lots of tomatoes that I can't eat. If you like tomatoes you should stop by our house and grab a few.
I'll let you try the sludge if you ask nicely.

How are you liking the oatmeal? Try regular oatmeal, oat bran and a couple tablespoons of flaxseed for a gourmet treat. Equal amounts water & cereal and zap in the microwave for 2 minutes max.
The oatmeal is good! I'm going to have a bowl this morning. Thanks for the tips...
